INTRODUCTION

Save a licence agreement form, in pdf format, to your desktop. Print it out and complete it offline. Then return it to the Media Awareness Network (MNet) by fax. If you are from outside of Canada, please contact MNet at licensing@media-awareness.ca.

Download the file to your desktop and save it there.
Open the PDF on the desktop. Print a copy of it.
Complete the agreement on paper.
Fax the Licence Agreement to Media Awareness Network at 613.244.1958
